  Many of our items are processed for shipment within 1-2 business days, but please check on the individual item page for additional information. Processing times for custom-made and personalized orders will take longer and may vary. Please contact us with any questions you may have, or if you have an urgent order.

• Customs, Duties and Additional fees:

  Your order may be subject to various charges in order to be delivered. We do not have control on these charges, and we cannot predict the total amount, so we recommend contacting the Customs Office for more information.

  These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, and may be required in order to receive the shipment. In the event of a refused delivery, the customer will be required to pay for any additional charges.
